Real Estate Terms: A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to high bid amount to determine the final contract price. A 10% Non-Refundable deposit made payable to Century 21 Full Service Realty is due to the office by Wednesday, June 11, 2025 with the balance paid at closing within 30 days. The deposit may be paid by personal check, cashier’s check, or wire transfer (with an $18 wire fee added). Buyer may take possession at closing. No financing or inspection contingencies. Any items that are not picked up during the scheduled pick up time are to be considered forfeiture items. Alternate Pickup days are not guaranteed and subject to storage, loading, and trucking fees. If you need alternate days or times for pickup, you must make arrangements with Cooper’s Auction Service prior to bidding. No alternate pickup days or times will be provided for pickup. Alternate Pickup Dates will be subject to a minimum of $20 alternate pickup fee, and $20/ hour fee for each hour loading.
