Buyer’s Premium / Additional Fees: All items are subject to a 10% Buyer’s Premium. All credit card purchases online or in person will be subject to a 4% convenience fee. Alternate Dates/Times are not guaranteed and may be subject to mileage, handling and moving fees. Items not picked up on the Pick Up Day or have an APPROVED Alternate Pick Up Day will be subject to DISPOSAL FEES. Disposal Fees could be subject to moving/handling/trucking/hauling fees. Fees will be a minimum of $5 and a Maximum of $200. Please do not bid if you cannot make arrangements for your items to be picked up. Alternate pickup days should be approved with auction company prior to bidding. We understand that life happens and sometimes prevents you from picking up your items, however we have had to haul back 2-3 truck/trailer loads of stuff not picked up at several auctions and the cost to dispose items. We try to be very accommodating and understanding. Please call us ahead of time, if you will not be able to come to pick up day for any reason. UNPAID Invoices or missing pickup days could result in you being banned from bidding.
